Dr. Tenaya Watson, Phd

Clinical Director
Dr. Watson is a seasoned clinician and military veteran who directs all mental health services at The Healing Collective. Her career spans roles such as Special Forces psychologist and Director of Psychological Health.
She brings a high standard of clinical excellence to the practice, ensuring our services are grounded in cutting-edge, evidence-based, and resolution-focused approaches. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed care.

Keinesha Jackson,

LMSW

Keinesha is a licensed social worker with more than 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, families, and veterans. Her clinical strengths span trauma, grief, and anxiety, and she sincerely believes that every person already holds the inner tools necessary for change.
Known for her authentic warmth and ability to build trust quickly, Keinesha creates a supportive therapeutic space where evidence-based practices are integrated with intuitive connection.

Nicole Dacosta,

QMHP, LGPC

Nicole holds a master’s degree in forensic psychology and brings over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, first-episode psychosis, and community-based support for youth and families.
She is passionate about helping individuals feel safe enough to show up fully and authentically. Drawing on her expertise in motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care, Nicole empowers clients to explore how past experiences shape present behavior—and how natural supports can facilitate healing.
Nicole also oversees the Mindfulness content in our mobile app, offering practical tools for regulation and reflection.

Jessica Amaral,

LMSW

Jessica has a Master of Social Work and specialized training in DBT, CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed care. She believes that each person’s healing journey is unique, and her work centers on creating a safe, affirming, and empowering environment for clients to grow and reconnect with themselves. Jessica is a former Marine, and in addition to her clinical work, she is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer. She leads the Fitness & Nutrition program at The Healing Collective, offering individualized health coaching and managing wellness features within our mobile app.

Rebecca Knight,

LICSW

Rebecca is a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, children, and families through life transitions and emotional challenges. With a strong background in crisis intervention, care coordination, and family systems, she brings skill and heart to her work.
Her approach combines evidence-based practices with deep compassion. She aims to identify behavioral patterns and subconscious beliefs that impact overall well-being. Rebecca creates a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, and stress related to work or life changes.

Claudine Kirby,

LPC, NCC
Claudine holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and brings a strong foundation in behavioral health, therapeutic interventions, and holistic care. Her background includes crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, family systems, and care coordination.

Claudine supports The Healing Collective by integrating mental and physical wellness, focusing on how mind-body connections influence emotional and psychological symptoms. She provides psychoeducation on nutritional psychiatry, exploring the relationship between food and mood, and offers wellness classes addressing women’s aging, emotional balance, and lifestyle-based healing. Her work empowers clients to challenge subconscious patterns, reframe behaviors, and cultivate sustainable, healthier ways of living.

Phillip Lewis,

JD, LICSW

Phillip practices social justice counseling, is a certified Sex therapist, and a lawyer committed to individuals and communities’ emotional and physical healing.

Drawing from clinical social work, sexology, and law backgrounds, Phillip’s practice centers on equity, trauma-informed care, and dismantling harmful stereotypes through culturally grounded therapy.

His work bridges clinical care, community organizing, and policy reform, anchored in the belief that healing is both personal and political. Phillip is also a member of the armed forces, an educator, and a retreat facilitator, continuously advocating for spaces where people can show up fully, feel deeply, and heal collectively.

Mumbi Thande, MS

Life Coach & Strategic Advisor

Mumbi is a trained life coach and organizational strategist. She brings executive-level experience in leadership, planning, and logistics to the wellness space and offers coaching that bridges the gap between personal insight and practical implementation.
Mumbi’s work complements therapy by helping clients move with clarity, confidence, and purpose in their personal and professional lives.

Flo NgaNga

Health & Wellness Coach

Flo NgaNga is a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Pilates instructor whose practice is rooted in her motto: FLO Wellness – For Love Of Wellness. With a passion for holistic healing and movement, Flo empowers individuals to create sustainable, whole-person wellness from the inside out.

A graduate of Georgetown University’s Health & Wellness Coaching Certificate Program, Flo is trained in wellness-oriented coaching, the psychology of behavior change, chronic disease fundamentals, and mindfulness-based practices. Her work is grounded in cura personalis—Georgetown’s guiding value of caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

At The Healing Collective, Flo enhances the therapeutic experience by offering wellness coaching that supports clients in integrating mental, physical, and lifestyle shifts. Through individualized coaching sessions and restorative Pilates instruction, Flo helps clients reconnect with their bodies, clarify their goals, and build lives rooted in vitality and self-love.

Hamadi Brewe

Hamadi is a certified yoga instructor who leads our free weekly summer yoga series and community-based mindfulness and meditation sessions. His offerings are central to The Healing Collective’s holistic wellness approach, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and breath as part of their healing journey.

Roslyn Ceaser

Practice Manager
Roslyn serves as the Practice Manager at The Healing Collective, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice. With a detail-oriented approach and a deep understanding of client-centered care, she oversees logistics, billing, and compliance.

Roslyn plays a vital role in advancing the mission of the Collective by creating systems that support access, continuity, and a compassionate experience for every individual who enters our care. Her behind-the-scenes leadership enables our clinical team to remain fully present in their work, ensuring that clients feel welcomed, supported, and heard from the very first point of contact.
